What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit/debit cards via a safe & secure online payment platform.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available for all retail orders over $150 AUD. We charge a $10 standard postage rate for all orders under $150 across Australia and an $18 express postage fee. Our team is pretty speedy and we aim to dispatch all standard orders made by 12pm the same day or next day for orders made after midday.

What is your return policy?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and your chosen shipping method. We will provide tracking information upon dispatch so you can monitor your delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team @ hello@lilyxandra.com as soon as possible OR follow the prompts on your order confirmation email sent upon placement of your original order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been dispatched, we may need to contact you for a resolution.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do. lilyxandra. can ship to most locations around the globe! Just select your delivery country at the checkout. Postage will be calculated at the checkout dependent on location.

Are your products authentic?

All our gorgeous, gorgeous handbags are 100% authentic and original to lilyxandra. they are hand selected, hand packed and loved to go out to all our lovely customers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email, you can also find this in your account. You can use this tracking number to track your order with the carrier.
